30_30 Change in Movement all started with one purpose - to provide a roadmap for twenty-year-olds globally about topics of most concern. The topics of most concern include but are not limited to dating, personal finance, and friendship, in addition to career management.
I didn't realize how frustrated I was until I observed and spoke with others who were making mistakes that they didn't have to make at all because they were lacking instruction, and knowledge.
Our twenty-year-olds should be super-charged to pursue their most ambitious goals without fear that no one has their back. Generation X vs. Generation Y comparisons needs to end. Each generation is tasked with the same goal - to make the next better. Unfortunately, we're competing against each other and judging more than ever before. Globally we need to start rallying our youth to be better than we ever were and make it a mission to create a better world. Things such as racial, political, and religious differences have held us back for far too long.
